national shutdown

COVID-19 Important Client Message

To our valued clients,

The health and safety of our team members, clients and the Australian community is our top priority. Despite taking all available protective measures, we neither want our team members to be infected nor do we want to be a source of transmission.

We have therefore decided to suspend all physical operations with effect from close of business Thursday 9th April until such time as the Health Authorities suggest it is safe to return to normal business.

We remain available via email or mobile phone and our primary contacts during this period are:

Suspension of Bookings

All existing bookings for IAS services during this period of shutdown will be unable to be fulfilled but we will contact all clients quickly to make alternate arrangements for when the Health Authorities provide a clearance for us to return to work at which time we expect to resume full operations.

For any artworks in transit please be assured they will be held in our secure art storage facilities during this period and will continue on their way as soon as we recommence operations.

Storage Facilities

Our storage facilities are secure and monitored and your artworks in store with us are in a good place. Regrettably access to artworks in store will not be possible during this period.

We wish you all the best through these challenging times and look forward to the day when we reopen for business.

On behalf of all our team members please stay safe and keep well.
Kingsley Mundey
